This left-hand-drive American-built 1996 E-One Liquidator (N817 CAJ) was acquired from Statoil, Norway, and first registered in the UK in September 1999. It is powered by a 15-litre Detroit diesel. An Allis-Chalmers 6,000USgpm pump and a 300USgpm foam pump are installed, and it carries 800USgals of foam but no water. A Williams Six Gun 6,000USgpm monitor is mounted on top and the pump can also supply 2 x 6in and 6 x 2.5in outlets. Due to the force of the water that can be delivered, the appliance is fitted with hydraulically operated legs to prevent it toppling over when operated at full capacity.

The E-One Liquidator is claimed to be the largest capacity industrial fire appliance in the world today and only two have been built. This one is at Wilton and the other is in Kentucky, USA.

This right-hand-drive 1996 E-One Hurricane pumper (P833 DVN) seen at North Tees in 2004 is powered by a 12-litre Detroit diesel. A Hale 3,750USgpm pump and a 300USgpm foam pump are installed.

It carries no water but has a 1,000USgal foam tank and 250kg dry powder installation. A Williams Patriot 2 (foam/dry powder) 2,000USgpm monitor is installed on the roof.
