Once the operation is complete, the submersible pump is recovered from the water using a combination of the winch, the guy lines, the hydraulic hoses, and the delivery hose. It is fitted with handles for a 4-person lift where use of the built-in wheels and the winch are impractical. The pump is rehoused in the Hydrosub module using the powered hydraulic hoses to pull it back up the ramp. The engine can then be turned off and the module closed up ready for remounting on the main HVP Duo container module.
