This 1990 Simon Gloster Saro 6x6 / Simon Gloster Saro Protector C3, G279 FKC, carries 9,000 litres of water, 1,123 litres of foam, 50kg Monnex, 100kg Halon 1211 and 2 x 8kg Halon extinguishers.

This 1992 Simon Gloster Saro 6x6 / Simon Gloster Saro Protector C3, J98 PFH, was on hire from Fire Vehicle Services of Gloucestershire while Barracuda N732 FEN was away for repair in September 2009. It was originally new to Birmingham Airport.
