This 2002 Volvo FM7 / John Dennis Coachbuilders / HIAB 112 multi-role vehicle, HX51 EPD, was due to fitted with removable hose coffins to provide the primary hose-laying facility in the brigade.

 

On the run at Bognor Regis is this 1998 Mercedes-Benz 2524 / John Dennis Coachbuilders operational support unit, P825 JPO. It carries a Moffett Mounty fork lift truck at the rear to facilitate the loading and unloading of palletised equipment. The hose layer at Horley is to be converted to a similar appliance.

 

M477 XCR is one of the brigade’s three Iveco-Ford Super Cargo 170E23 / Leicester Carriage Co breathing apparatus support units, a 1995 appliance stationed at Horsham.
