Two Land Rover 130 / John Dennis Coachbuilders water safety units were put on the run in 2004 at Larkfield and Whitstable. They are equipped for water and mud flats rescue. This is Larkfield’s appliance, GN04 JVD.

 

Three Ford Transit 125 T350 / Saxon SV command support units were acquired in 2004 to replace the Vauxhall Brava forward control units. They are allocated to North Division (Medway), South Division (Maidstone) and East Division (Canterbury). GK53 FKN, seen here, is based at Maidstone.

 

The brigade’s animal rescue unit (AD02 FKO) is a Mercedes-Benz Unimog U400 / John Dennis Coachbuilders / HIAB 060 appliance commissioned in 2002 and based at Faversham.
